The Director Alumni Affairs, Resource Mobilization & Corporate Relations is a senior leadership role responsible for providing strategic direction and operational oversight of the institutions alumni engagement, fundraising, and corporate relations functions. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director develops and implements strategies to strengthen alumni and stakeholder relationships, mobilize resources, expand partnerships, and support the institutions academic, financial, and strategic objectives.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the development and implementation of strategies to strengthen alumni engagement and foster lifelong relationships with graduates locally and internationally.
Promote collaboration across academic and administrative departments to enhance alumni participation and institutional engagement.
Develop and execute resource mobilization initiatives, including fundraising, donor relations, scholarships, endowments, and philanthropic partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with alumni, donors, corporate partners, government agencies, foundations, and development organizations to advance the institutions strategic objectives.
Establish and strengthen corporate partnerships that support internships, employment opportunities, executive education, research collaborations, sponsorships, and industry engagement.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and external funding opportunities aligned with the institutions mission and priorities.
Oversee the management of alumni, donor, and partner databases, ensuring accurate records, reporting, and effective stakeholder relationship management.
Utilize data, performance metrics, and benchmarking to evaluate engagement initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Provide strategic leadership and oversee the effective management of the Alumni Affairs, Resource Mobilization, and Corporate Relations functions, ensuring operational excellence and achievement of departmental goals.
Represent the institution in external engagements, networking forums, and partnership initiatives to enhance its reputation, visibility, and stakeholder relationships.

Responsible for the management of all day-to-day affairs of the Residential Facilities Office, in accordance with institutional standards and under the supervision of the Warden / Building In-charge of Residential Facilities.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative and secretarial support to the Warden / Building In-charge Residential Facilities.
Assist in office work such as filing and maintenance of office records pertaining to residential facilities.
Assist in the allotment process for the new intake of residents in the hostels and maintenance of updated occupancy records.
Preparation, processing of petty cash bills, and compilation of related reports.
Prepare Purchase Requests / Material Requests (PRs/MRs) via official portals as and when assigned by the supervisor.
Respond to the complaints of hostel residents and resolve those complaints on an immediate basis.
Monitor and ensure the timely completion of residents complaints regarding repair and maintenance work.
Supervise maintenance work (electrical, carpentry & plumbing) in residential rooms and all other facilities.
Supervise and assign regular tasks to all supporting staff (housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance, etc.)
Supervise housekeeping operations across all facilities, including residential rooms, common rooms, mess (kitchen & dining halls), corridors and surrounding areas.
Ensure compliance with hostel rules, regulations, and code of conduct among residents and report any violations to the Warden / Building In-charge.
Maintain inventory records of hostel assets, equipment, and supplies, and coordinate for timely replenishment.
Assist in the preparation of periodic reports related to hostel occupancy, maintenance status, and staff attendance for submission to the management.
Coordinate with relevant departments (procurement, finance, facilities, security, etc.) for smooth operational activities of the hostel.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors or Masters degree from an HEC-recognized university/institute, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Additional certifications in facilities management or operations (preferred but not mandatory).
2-4 years of relevant experience in residential facilities management, administration, or operations
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES:
Proven experience in managing housing accommodations, hostels, or residential complexes
Experience in vendor coordination, maintenance supervision, and service delivery management
Strong understanding of administrative and operational processes
Background in handling resident queries, complaints, and ensuring high-quality customer service
Experience in budget monitoring, procurement, and inventory control is preferred
Familiarity with health, safety, and compliance standards in residential settings
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage vendors and service providers effectively
Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Lead and execute strategic outreach initiatives to enhance IBAs institutional visibility, strengthen engagement with schools, corporate sector, and external stakeholders, and support student recruitment and brand positioning. Develop partnerships and outreach programs that expand IBAs market presence and contribute towards institutional growth and stakeholder engagement objectives.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, implement, and evaluate annual outreach strategies and engagement plans to promote IBA Karachis programs, events, and initiatives to target audiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships and outreach networks with corporate organizations, schools, colleges, NGOs, government institutions, and national and international stakeholders.
Identify, develop, and facilitate partnership opportunities with national and international organizations in collaboration with relevant internal departments.
Represent IBA Karachi at conferences, career fairs, education expos, seminars, and public events.
Coordinate with the Admissions team to align outreach initiatives with recruitment targets and support student enrollment through targeted outreach activities.
Organize school and college visits, seminars, information sessions, and outreach events at both Main and City Campuses to engage prospective students and stakeholders.
Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of outreach contacts, institutional partners, and stakeholder organizations.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop outreach materials, presentations, digital content, and communication campaigns.
Monitor, evaluate, and prepare periodic reports on outreach activities, event attendance, partnership developments, and program effectiveness.
Coordinate alumni engagement activities in collaboration with the office of Alumni Affairs, Resource Mobilization & Corporate Relations.
Support fundraising, corporate social responsibility (CSR), sponsorship, and donor engagement initiatives.
Manage IBAs outreach digital platforms and communication tools.
Coordinate with the Resource Mobilization team to support institutional partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborative initiatives.
Ensure timely, effective, and professional communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Masters Degree from an HEC-recognized university/institute, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Education Management, or related discipline.
6-8 years of relevant experience in outreach, marketing, communications, stakeholder engagement, institutional partnerships, or external relations with demonstrated experience in managing outreach campaigns and external stakeholder engagement initiatives, up to 3 years of managerial experience.
