Position: Executive - Business Intelligence

The Executive - BI will be responsible for designing and maintaining data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support institutional decision-making. This role involves data modeling, report automation, and collaboration with various departments to centralize and optimize data reporting using tools such as Power BI.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Gather requirements and create interactive dashboards using Power BI
  • Design and maintain centralized data models
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
  • Train departments on BI tools and encourage self-service analytics

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Analytics, MIS, or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institute
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in BI or data analytics.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS (OPTIONAL):

  • Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI)

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES:

  • Expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling
  • Experience with Excel, ETL pipelines, and data governance
  • Analytical mindset and strong communication skills

Position: Assistant Manager - Web Development

The Assistant Manager – Web Development will oversee the management, enhancement, and security of IBA’s websites and related platforms / portals. This role includes website development, management, administration, UI/UX improvements, SEO optimization, and support for web-based systems.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop and maintain all IBA web properties (corporate, academic, research, and event sites)
  • Ensure websites are responsive, secure, accessible, and aligned with IBA’s brand
  • Manage CMS and ensure timely content updates
  • Collaborate with departments to develop new features or microsites
  • Implement SEO best practices and performance optimization
  • Coordinate with the infrastructure and security teams to maintain web platform integrity
  • Provide support for internal portals and integrations with third-party systems

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or in a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institute
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Website development & management.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong command of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & other web development tools
  • Experience with WordPress, Laravel, or other modern frameworks
  • SEO, accessibility, and website security best practices
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and responsive design principles
  • Strong debugging and optimization skills

Position: Executive - Department of Marketing, SBS (Project-Based)

The incumbent reports to the Chairperson of the Marketing Department in the School of Business Studies, IBA, and is responsible for assisting in overall administrative tasks, operations, and coordination of Functions of the department.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Assist the Department Chair in day-to-day tasks.
  • Coordinate schedules and communication between full-time and visiting faculty members.
  • Liaise with the program office for efficient course allocations.
  •  Anticipate course allocation needs and create a layout for faculty allocations.
  • Communicate essential information regarding the Department of Marketing to faculty and staff at IBA.
  • Organize departmental and Board of Studies (BOS) meetings.
  • Prepare comprehensive meeting minutes adhering to provided guidelines.
  • Assist marketing faculty in the completion of course files.
  •  Provide support for ERP and LMS issues in collaboration with the respective staff.
  • Manage the Teachers Assistants records through the portal, Onboarding, and Payment issues, and assist and guide them as needed.
  • Aid in implementing academic committee and academic board decisions within the department.
  • Schedule presentations for the Department of Marketing.
  • Demonstrate strong coordination and communication skills to execute events for the Department of Marketing.
  • Oversee and manage documentation for the department.
  • Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • The incumbent shall have at least bachelors degree from an HEC recognized university/institute.
  • 1 year of work experience is preferred.
